Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and laboratories (Pvt) Limited is the first GMP certified
pharmaceutical industry established in Liberia having manufacturing capability of various dosages
forms, located at Caldwell Road Bushrod Island, Monrovia, Liberia.
Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Laboratories (Pvt) Limited aims to achieve the position
amongst quality oriented fast growing companies nationally and internationally creating excellent
reputation in field of Health Care. We at Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Laboratories
(Pvt) Limited has the mission to manufacture quality based products and exports them country wise
to other developed or developing countries internationally. This organization establishes various
disciplines to achieve the objective of continuous improvement in quality. In order to compete
internationally in the field of pharmaceuticals, Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and
Laboratories (Pvt) Limited has achieved different Quality Standards like ISO-9001-2015 for Quality
management systems, ISO-14001-2015 for Environmental management systems and ISO 45001-
2018 for Occupational health and safety management systems, are received from top organizations
like ISOQAR UK and Global Group Pakistan.
Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and laboratories (Pvt) Limited has the facility to manufacture
Tablet, Capsule, Dry Powder and also Sachets, situated at Caldwell Road Bushrod Island, Monrovia,
Liberia. Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and laboratories (Pvt) Limited is a certified company
of Liberia with License from Liberian Medicine & Health Regulatory Authority, Liberia
(LMHRA) for Manufacturing on the site.
Factory Details:
The factory has built up area 8000 sq. meter. The storage area is well maintained and has air conditioning facilities to store drugs / products in a cool place. In case of Production, our manufacturing unit capacity for manufacturing of Tablets, Capsules, Dry Suspension and of Sachets will calculated after validated processes study. Moreover, Plant has capacity to produce 250 & 300 liter per hour for Purified water on a continuous basis. All the toilets are integral with automatic flush. Auto tape and hand dryers in place. The whole facility is well maintained at all times with adequate and prompt repairs and paintings and servicing.
Calibration and Other Services:
Moreover, Organization uses outside expertise for pest and rodent control, calibrations, filter integrity test, Validation activities and training and medical services of Quality Control Services (Pvt) Limited, Islamabad, Pakistan. Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and laboratories (Pvt) Limited has established the strategy for the calibration and maintenance of the laboratory analytical instruments and associated standards that are associated with GMP-regulated testing in Quality Control and Production
Integrated Management System:
Quality division of Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Laboratories is a distinct organization body that functions and reports to Director and is independent of all other plant functions. Head of Quality division is technically qualified with remarkable experience in the responsible area. Site In charge – Quality Assurance reports to Managing Director. Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Laboratories has adopted a policy of operating the pharmaceutical manufacturing under control of Quality Management System, installed and operating as stated under the Quality Manual. The quality control department is fully authorized to take appropriate decision on quality matters.
