Indications
- Complicated urinary and kidney infections
- Typhoid fever and bacterial gastroenteritis
- Bone, joint, skin and respiratory infections
Dosage & administration
Adults
500 mg every 12 hours (up to 750 mg twice daily in severe infection)
Duration
5–14 days according to infection and prescriber's direction
