Adults
100 mg once daily (sustained release); maximum 150 mg in 24 hours

Precautions
- Prescription-only medicine — dispense on a valid prescription.
- Take after food. Avoid in active peptic ulcer disease, severe renal or hepatic impairment, and in the third trimester of pregnancy.
- Not for children under 14 years.
